Trump aide Paul Manafort received $12.7 million from Viktor Yanukovich’s Party of Regions, according to a ledger uncovered by Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU). Tensions between NABU and the presidentially-controlled prosecutor’s office escalated during a recent scuffle.
